High-dose ecstasy pills (250–330 mg) circulating again this festival season

Pill-testing services across Europe are flagging pressed pills at 2–3x a typical adult dose. PMA/PMMA copycat pills — slow to kick in, deadly — remain in circulation.

A common adult dose is 80–120 mg. Pills above 200 mg significantly raise the risk of severe overheating and serotonin toxicity.

If a pill takes 2+ hours to work, do NOT assume it's weak — it may be PMA/PMMA. Never redose on a slow pill.
